My name is Brandon Riotto, I am a Junior at Seton Hall. I grew up in an Italian family that always had food to go around. That is where my love for food comes from. Since I was a child, I have been inspired to try any new food offered in an attempt to broaden my food pallet. Recently, I see videos on my social media feeds about crazy cool restaurants to try that have a really interesting or weird dish. Most just show the dish with some fun music over it and is done in under a minute. That doesn’t seem like a good review, to me. My goal is to take some of these local places and actually review these foods. What is the restaurant like? How far would Seton Hall students have to travel to get there? How does the food ACTUALLY taste? Those questions answered and more.
